Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service problems.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International shipping duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Max bazari is not responsible for these charges.

Missing or lost packages

If you have not received your order, please check tracking. If it shows as delivered but you havent received it, contact us at amanali10xay@gmail.com within 7 days.
